We aim to provide the absolute best customer service possible, we respond to 98% of all enquiries within a maximum of 24 hours or less.

Where is my order?

We aim to get orders out within 3-5 working days. However, we ask you to please allow 14 days to cover us during busier periods.

Before getting in touch to check on your order status, please review how long it has been since you placed your order.

How long does it take?

All our orders are custom made, and lovingly produced by hand. Personalised items are usually delivered well within 14 days.

Once the item has been shipped, it is out of our control and into the hands of the Royal Mail.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes we ship worldwide, we use Royal Mail international shipping. Prices are subject to local taxes, handling fees and shipping costs.

We will show you our shipping charge at checkout for any international orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please do not put your labelled items through the dishwasher or washing machine. If you are planning to clean an item you have labelled we would suggest you hand-wash only, and ideally cleaning carefully over the lettering a padding dry. Get in touch if you’re unsure.

You’ll receive a price instantly when using our ‘ Make your own‘ sticker builder, prices vary from £1.20 to £1.80. Not only are we well priced, all our products are prepared by hand in our Somerset studio, no automated machines or outsourcing.

Our labels are precision cut to the perfect settings using the highest quality vinyl and using the latest machinery within our digital design studio. We also check all labels thoroughly before they leave the studio, however, mistakes can happen. If you are not happy with your label, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Send a message and a photo if possible to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help!

Our labels are priced as competitively as possible. If we receive an order containing multiple words that have been bunched together, in attempt to avoid the one word rule, we will request additional payment or refund the entire order.
